MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is a dynamic and fast-paced organization that requires skilled professionals to manage various business operations. We are currently seeking an experienced Account Admin Assistant to join our team.
Salary:
We offer an attractive salary of up to S$3000, commensurate with experience, for this role.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling orders, issuing invoices, preparing monthly stock counts, and managing accounts payable and receivable. They will also be responsible for GST filling, scanning and filing documents, and performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in AP, AR, and GST is highly advantageous.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Proficiency in MS Office is essential for this role.
