Early Childhood Educator Role

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational and developmental journey of young children. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of your students.

  • Plan and implement programs that promote cognitive, emotional, and physical development in young children.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, maintaining a secure and nurturing environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum frameworks that meet the Company's guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress.

For this esteemed position, we seek candidates who possess excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education; OR
  • L1 / L2 / EY1 / EY2 LON Certification by ECDA; OR
  • Relevant experience in early childhood education.
