About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Le Jardin Fort Canning PTE. LTD. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for cooking, a strong understanding of menu planning and preparation, and excellent leadership skills. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar industry is required, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.">
  • Assist in menu planning, food ordering, and inventory management.">
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes.">
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.">
  • Ensure that all food products are stored and handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.">
  • Maintain accurate records of kitchen operations, including inventory levels, sales data, and staff performance.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

Requirements
