At INITIA INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a culinary professional to take on a key leadership role in our kitchen, working closely with our executive chef to deliver high-quality dishes to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assist in the planning and execution of menus, collaborating with other colleagues to ensure a cohesive dining experience.
  • To manage ingredients and supplies, ensuring that they are frequently available on a daily basis and adhering to all relevant health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • To follow the directions of the executive chef and contribute to maintaining a productive and efficient kitchen environment.

We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering great food and service, excellent listening and communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

Requirements
  • A diploma in a relevant field or qualification from a culinary school.
  • Past experience working in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Completed the WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Course – Food Safety Course Levels 1 and 2.
  • Ability to work shifts during weekends and holidays.
