Sales Director

As a Sales Manager at Rolls-Royce, you will be responsible for managing pre-defined Data Center Key Accounts in APAC and developing strategies to win and grow new business opportunities.
Key Accountabilities:- Manage and develop Data Center Key Accounts in APAC to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop long-term relationships with Key Accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to successfully quote and execute turn-key projects.
- Assess and work on complex tenders, including technical and commercial clarification of specifications, T&Cs, and scope of works.
- Prepare and present holistic quotations, including commercial offers, bills of material, scope demarcation, technical submittals, and service information.
- Stay up-to-date with global and regional market trends in the Data Center environment and provide strategic recommendations to grow the business.
- Utilize internal sales and information tools, such as CRM, configuration tools, and technical libraries, to support sales work and planning.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- University/college studies in Business Administration or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the data center industry or emergency power generation business.
- Strong sales track record from lead to quote to order to completed project and installations.
- Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure market and technicalities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- An independent, reliable, and proactive personality.
