- Creative problem-solving skills to help customers reach business goals and maximize value from our platform
- Strong technical skills and experience in e-commerce or strategic marketing solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
5+ years of experience in a similar role
Passion for customer success and ability to establish strong relationships with SMB customers
Fluency in an additional Asian language, especially Mandarin, is a strong asset
What You'll Do- Establish yourself as the trusted advisor for 20-45 SMB customers
- Consult with these customers to devise strategies to increase email and SMS revenue on our platform
- Use creative problem-solving to help customers reach business goals and maximize value from our platform
