Job Title: Regional Retail Operations Director

The Regional Retail Operations Director is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple retail stores within a designated region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, sales, and business development, with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Supervise, coach, and motivate Store Managers to achieve sales and performance goals.
    • Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and provide support.
    • Lead recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
  • Sales & Business Development
    • Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and underperforming areas.
    • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase sales and profitability.
    • Set and monitor sales targets for each store.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure all stores comply with company policies, SOPs, and visual merchandising standards.
    • Monitor inventory levels, stock management, and loss prevention strategies.
    • Oversee store openings, refurbishments, or closures within the area.
  • Customer Experience
    • Uphold a consistent and exceptional customer experience across all stores.
    • Handle escalated customer issues when necessary.
  • Budget & Reporting
    • Manage area budgets, expenses, and P&L performance.
    • Prepare regular reports for senior management on area performance, challenges, and action plans.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Area Manager, District Manager, or similar role in retail.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations and customer service standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned area.
