Regional IT Director

**JOB SUMMARY**

We are seeking a seasoned Regional IT Director to lead the IT function across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand for our luxury fashion retail business. This role involves overseeing technical operations, ensuring seamless integration of technology into retail and e-commerce platforms, and driving digital transformation to enhance customer experience and business operations.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Leadership and Strategy:

- Develop and implement regional IT strategies aligned with business objectives with guidance from the VP - COMO Group Technology based in Singapore.
- Lead and manage Retail IT teams across the region.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders with the COMO Fashion Retail business unit across the region.

2. Technology Transformation:

- Work collaboratively with the VP - COMO Group Technology to drive relevant AI innovation projects that enhances productivity and business operations.
- Manage retail and e-commerce technology transformation projects as assigned by the VP - COMO Group Technology.
- Define and execute technology roadmaps for regional stores and e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure quality and stability of technology deliverables.

3. E-commerce Technical Oversight:

- Oversee technical aspects of e-commerce operations, including platform maintenance and enhancements.
- Collaborate with e-commerce teams to optimize online customer experiences.

4. Omni-channel Architecture:

- Lead feasibility assessments for major omni-channel solutions.
- Partner with Group Technology teams on technical designs to ensure seamless customer experiences.

5. Operational Efficiency:

- Improve retail support services by shifting activities to regional teams.
- Enhance incident response times and overall support quality.

6. Expansion and Growth:

- Support retail expansion into new markets by integrating technology for new stores and events.Onboard additional brands into the regional retail technology ecosystem.

7. Cybersecurity and Data Protection
- Ensure at all times that integrity and network security is always updated and manage potential risk proactively in compliance to COMO Group IT infrastructure framework.
- Manage any network security breach is contained immediately with minimum impact to the business unit and incident is reported in accordance with COMO Group Cybersecurity process & Policy.
- Constantly review and update all IT Security Policies including drafting of new policies and sharing with the VP - COMO Group Technology for feedback and approval.Work closely with Group and DPO to ensure compliance in policies and processes relating to PDPA and country specific regulations.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 10 years in IT leadership within the retail industry, preferably luxury fashion at a senior management level with regional coverage
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, point-of-sale systems, and omni-channel solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in EnglishStrong program and project management abilities.
