A **global footwear brand** client is looking for an **experienced Head of Retail Operations (Director)** to join its APAC office in **Singapore**.

Reporting to Regional VP, this leadership role will drive the region's direct retail stores' and partner stores' excellence across Asia, focusing on excellent store operations, customer experience, and strategic execution.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Direct the region's retail operations, crafting and executing a focused growth strategy
- Champion operational excellence, system integration, and training for excellent consumer interactions
- Guide strategic expansion and mentor teams for enhanced brand profitability and presence

**Key requirements**:

- Business/Marketing degree (MBA a plus), 10+ years in retail (fashion/lifestyle preferred), 8+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in start-to-end retail store development strategies (incl new door opening
- Entrepreneurial spirit, adept at problem-solving, high-energy, and embraces challenges
- Collaborative, influential, and fit for high frequency travel
