Brand Development Specialist

This role involves devising and executing comprehensive commercial strategies for designated Brands. The successful candidate will lead, develop, execute, analyze, and enhance cross-functional brand management efforts to drive patient value, customer satisfaction, and financial outcomes.

  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to the development and successful execution of brand plans.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive launch plans for new products, ensuring alignment on marketing strategies, internal readiness, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to industry codes of conduct, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Develop comprehensive market insights and Omni/Multichannel Customer Experience programs to achieve strategic brand objectives.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical brand management, digital marketing expertise, prescription product launch experience, and proficiency in data analytics for decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to translate brand strategy into actionable content/tactics for target customer profiles.
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel engagement practices.
  • Familiarity with Veeva Products and digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent project and program management skills.
