We are seeking a highly motivated Brand Development Professional to join our team.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for you to play a key role in developing and refining our brand identity, enhancing our visual presence, and supporting marketing campaigns. You will gain hands-on experience across branding, digital marketing, and analytics while contributing to real projects that drive awareness and bookings through our website.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct a comprehensive brand audit and provide recommendations for improving brand identity and visual consistency.
  • Develop a detailed brand guide, including logo usage guidelines, colour palette, typography, and tone of voice.
  • Create a competitive brand positioning map and gather customer perception insights.
  • Prepare a social media content calendar and a campaign plan.
  • Recommend marketing funnel and lead generation strategies.
  • Design a basic marketing analytics dashboard (template or setup guide).
  • Plan and execute one marketing campaign to drive awareness and bookings via our website.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • A strong interest in branding, design, and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
  • Good analytical and research skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in taking initiative.
