Job Title: Brand Development Professional
We are looking for an experienced Brand Development Professional to join our regional management team based in Singapore. This role involves developing and executing strategies to increase the company's brand awareness and drive business growth across Southeast Asia, Japan, and Latin America.
### Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans to promote the company's brand.
  • Conduct market/audience analysis to identify industry trends and consumer needs to optimize brand positioning and drive business growth.
  • Lead localized brand campaigns and communications for target markets, balancing global strategy with regional nuances.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to support business strategies, market goals, and organizational objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor moves, adapting strategies to enhance and optimize brand awareness, differentiation, and reputation.
### Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international B2B marketing or brand management, with proven success in SEA/Japan/LATAM markets.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in Mandarin would be advantageous as the incumbent will need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Possess exceptional project management skills with the ability to work independently, lead teams, and drive projects.
