  • Leads the frontline operation team to provide top-notch customer dining experiences.
  • Serves as a brand ambassador, upholding our values through excellent customer service and relationships.
  • Engages with customers through experience checks, recommendations, and feedback gathering for service enhancement.
  • Addresses and resolves guest inquiries and feedback via multiple channels promptly.
  • Investigates post-feedback issues, proposes preventive actions, and prepares detailed reports.
  • Assists outlets in charge of operational matters.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma/'O' Level / Certificate in Food and Beverage, Tourism, Hospitality, or Event Management.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in a similar capacity in Food and Beverage or customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Efficient teamwork and independent work capabilities.
  • Prompt issue resolution and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous and proactive attitude towards job duties and assignments.
