Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Parts Officer to join our team at YAMAZAKI MAZAK SINGAPORE PTE LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service in the parts centre, handling phone calls and email correspondence on parts enquiries.
  • Prepare quotations and arrange shipment to customers.
  • Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and case marks for shipments.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with warehouse personnel.
  • Request quotations and process purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Manage and coordinate daily operations with internal and external customers.
  • Perform administrative duties and inventory stock taking periodically.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics/Shipping.
  • Preferably with relevant experience in Parts Centre.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong drive and initiative with ability to work independently.
