Job Opportunity: Part Time Admin Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Part Time Admin Assistant to join our team at Cornerstone Advisers Pte. Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct administrative and clerical tasks as required
- Organise and schedule meetings and events
- Update calendar and travel planning arrangements
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Take minutes and ensure timely follow-ups with tasks
- Liase with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in any field
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software
- Proven organisational and time management skills
