We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Part Time Admin Assistant to join our team at Cornerstone Advisers Pte. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct administrative and clerical tasks as required
  • Organise and schedule meetings and events
  • Update calendar and travel planning arrangements
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Take minutes and ensure timely follow-ups with tasks
  • Liase with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in any field
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software
  • Proven organisational and time management skills
