As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to travelers at our retail stores. Your primary goal will be to create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping environment, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personalized product recommendations to travelers based on their individual preferences and requirements
  • Offering expert advice on liquor and tobacco products, as well as duty-free allowances and age restrictions
  • Building strong relationships with customers through active engagement and proactive upselling techniques
  • Resolving customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Handling cashiering transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining healthy inventory levels and adhering to visual merchandising guidelines

Requirements for this role include:

  • At least 3 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive and customer-focused attitude
  • Multilingual skills are an added advantage
  • Able to commit to rotating shift hours, including public holidays and weekends
