About the Role

As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure seamless cleanliness and exceptional service standards across all areas.

  • We are seeking a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to take charge of allocating work assignments effectively.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to inspect facilities regularly, identifying defects and implementing prompt rectifications.
  • Maintaining cleaning materials and ensuring proper storage and record-keeping are essential duties for this role.
Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for overseeing facilities attendants and operation assistants in removal and disposal of unwanted items.
  • This includes planning logistics and communicating with housekeepers based on activity instructions.
  • Daily routine walks-throughs and inspections will help identify defects and facilitate prompt rectification.
  • Ensuring safety adherence and proper barricading of housekeeping or wet areas for stakeholders is crucial.
  • You will also provide support for club events related to housekeeping.
  • Scheduling and tracking of daily pool cleanliness will require attention to detail.
  • Maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of the entire clubhouse, F&B outlets, function rooms, grand ballrooms, meeting rooms, admin offices, etc. will be your top priority.
Requirements
  • A Higher/Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building, or Facilities Management, or Estate Management, or equivalent with 2 years of related working experience in housekeeping is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities are necessary for success in this role.
  • Rotating shift duties on a 5.5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays, will be part of the job requirements.
