**Director of Housekeeping, Luxury Five-Star Hotel, Singapore**

**Salary up to SGD 9500 per month, ($7,000 per month)**

We are looking for a Director of Housekeeping operations for a luxury five-star hotel in Singapore.

**Things you will be doing as the Director of Housekeeping**:
Reports to the Hotel Manager
Responsible for running and overseeing all Housekeeping Operations
Managing and mentoring the team
Responsible for all aspects of housekeeping services within the property
Maintaining an up-to-date system, ensuring 100% customer service
Undertaking regular checks and balances
Reporting any major issues within the operation
Pre-emptive management to ensure the department and operation is well managed
Ensuring all guest services are faultless
Communicating with the team and fellow HODS to ensure all aspects of housekeeping are delivered

**You’ll be a great fit if you**:
Have experience as an Exec Housekeeper within a luxury five-star property in Asia
Have excellent knowledge of all areas of Housekeeping
Preferably able to speak Mandarin
Have good oral communication
Have team management skills
Have a high level of attention to detail
Have a good level of numeracy
Have a good knowledge of P&L
Have the enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge, plus those around you
Are adaptable to change and have the willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
Have the ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work
Are positive and have an approachable manner
Have team player qualities
