Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the overall cleaning operations of the hotel, including the maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service.

The Housekeeping Operations Director will work closely with other departments, including front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping or a related field;
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, procedures, and products;
  • Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field (preferred);
