Job Title:

Operations Director - Housekeeping

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Director - Housekeeping to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of Housekeeping and Internal Laundry.
  • Direct and work with employees to ensure property guestrooms, public space, and employee areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Complete inspections and hold people accountable for corrective action.

Requirements:

  • Leadership skills with ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage costs and maintain high standards of performance.
  • Knowledge of cleaning materials, equipment, and techniques.
  • Understanding of inventory and purchasing policies and procedures.
  • General housekeeping knowledge and skills.
