About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Business Development Manager to join our team at SNEF. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting JSIT-Retail through one-to-one engagement with companies, mass outreach events, and active follow-up on leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote JSIT-Retail through strategic partnerships, networking events, and targeted marketing initiatives
- Work closely with internal and external partners to support outreach and adoption of JSIT-Retail
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive repository of success stories on JSIT-Retail
- Create engaging marketing collateral to promote JSIT-Retail
- Analyse data insights to enhance marketing and communications opportunities
- Provide advisory services to customers and partners on program adoption
- Collaborate with training providers, employment agencies, and government agencies to drive KPIs assigned
Programme Administration
- Assist in the administration of JSIT-Retail according to established SOPs
- Process applications and claims from partners and customers
- Manage and consolidate monthly tracking data, project updates, and reporting metrics
Requirements
- Minimum degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to promote programs effectively
- Results-driven, resourceful, and perseverance in meeting organisational KPIs
Compensation Package
The salary for this role is estimated to be SGD $6,000 - $8,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical insurance, paid leave, and professional development opportunities.
