We are seeking a skilled and resourceful Technical Support Specialist to join our Car Park Technical Support team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with technical systems, and a strong passion for delivering top-notch support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing security and parking systems, providing day-to-day system/technical support to users, and assisting in resolving software-related technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance of security and parking systems, including upkeep and performance optimization.
- Providing technical support to users on all system-related enquiries.
- Assisting in resolving software-related technical issues with customers, contractors, and vendors.
- Delivering training to teammates and end-users.
- Collaboration with the Field Support and Customer Support teams both onsite and remotely.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience preferred.
- Degrees from related fields and experienced candidates will also be considered.
- Proven experience with C#, Visual Studio, IIS, SQL, web services, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, XML, etc.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases, writing, and optimizing queries.
- Good working attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle pressure and work with tight deadlines.
