Job Description:

  • Lead the development of 3D Heterogeneous Integration (3DHI) processes for thermal solutions in advanced packaging.","
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and materials into production workflows.","
  • Drive process innovation and improve yield rates through characterization and tooling optimization.","
  • Develop expertise in wafer-level and die-level integration schemes for 2.5D and 3DHI packaging.","
  • Partner with vendors and OSATs to develop novel wafer integration & packaging technology.","
  • Facilitate communication between product line and fab teams, as well as customers.","
  • Generate IP related to novel wafer integration & packaging technology.","

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related field from an accredited degree program.","
  • 10+ years of prior related work experience.","
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).","
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.","
