
Frontline Support Specialist

The Customer Service Associate position plays a pivotal role in delivering frontline services to residents and visitors. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to internal and external correspondence via email and phone calls
- Handling the collection of monthly home payments and petty cash transactions
- Scheduling, liaising, and arranging medical needs for residents with various institutions
- Preparing and submitting internal reports, as well as assisting with relevant regulatory documents
- Supporting the maintenance and update of customer documentation as needed
- Managing orders within our CRM system and deliveries from vendors, including inventory management
- Processing staff claims, such as medical claims and overtime compensation
- Preparing meeting rooms for family conferences and visits from potential sponsors
In addition to these key responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a friendly demeanor.
Requirements- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Minimum GCE 'N Level or above
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
