Job Overview

The Customer Service Associate position plays a pivotal role in delivering frontline services to residents and visitors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to internal and external correspondence via email and phone calls
  • Handling the collection of monthly home payments and petty cash transactions
  • Scheduling, liaising, and arranging medical needs for residents with various institutions
  • Preparing and submitting internal reports, as well as assisting with relevant regulatory documents
  • Supporting the maintenance and update of customer documentation as needed
  • Managing orders within our CRM system and deliveries from vendors, including inventory management
  • Processing staff claims, such as medical claims and overtime compensation
  • Preparing meeting rooms for family conferences and visits from potential sponsors

In addition to these key responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a friendly demeanor.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Minimum GCE 'N Level or above
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
