**Aftersales Operations Specialist**We are seeking a seasoned Aftersales Operations professional to manage our service operations and spare parts sales.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to develop effective strategies for increasing spare parts sales and improving customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage service operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer communication.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase spare parts sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians and support staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical service or aftersales support role.
  • Proven track record in managing service operations and spare parts sales.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools, service management software, and inventory management systems.
