
Aftersales Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aftersales Service Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service operations, spare parts sales, and leading a team of technical professionals.
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) is required. Relevant certifications in equipment maintenance and repair are advantageous.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a technical service or aftersales support role is necessary.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role is required.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Leadership and Team Management skills are essential.
- Excellent Organizational and Scheduling Abilities are required.
- Strong Technical Knowledge and Problem-Solving Skills are necessary.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills are required.
- Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks and Prioritize Effectively is necessary.
- Proficiency in Diagnostic Tools, Service Management Software, and Inventory Management Systems is required.
