Act as a point of contact for the GM, Engineering teams, the customers, and the contractors.
- To facilitate aftersales service calls optimally attended and logged.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and adhere to the timelines and guidelines by aftersales support regime (VORs, Campaigns, Warranty & Services).
- Produce, develop and monitor Engineering schedules in a timely and efficient manner.
- Discuss the progress of the engineering tasks with the internally.
- Ensure weekly/monthly reports are aligned and timely.
- Facilitation parts required for the VORs/Warranty & Campaigns for usage and recorded.
- Communicate on a regular basis with the part planers to ensure material arrives on time.
- Be confident in negotiating with contractors.
- Deploy engineering resource as required to cover customer requests and allocate jobs accordingly on the
- Comply with Company HSE standards and maintain clean/orderly work areas.
- Embark & train on the next phase of Zero mission technology in Automotive
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
