An Insurance Business Solution Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of an Insurance Business Solution Analyst.

Description:

This is a challenging opportunity for individuals who possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, identify solutions, and implement process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance operations, business analysis, and user acceptance testing. They will also possess strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review product specifications, functional specifications, and work-related materials to identify areas for improvement;
  • Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs;
  • Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory standards;
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements documents and user guides;
  • Participate in meetings and workshops to communicate solutions and gather feedback;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Information Systems;
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business analysis and user acceptance testing in insurance domain;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software applications;
