Front Office Hospitality Representative

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Front Office Hospitality Representative to join our team at 8M MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD.
About the Role:
- To provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- To maintain effective communication within the Front Office department and other departments to ensure seamless experiences for all guests.
- To perform check-in and check-out procedures in an accurate and efficient manner.
- To handle cashier duties and night audit functions, including date roll procedures and reconciliation of cashiering transactions.
- To address guest concerns or complaints with urgency and professionalism.
Requirements:
- A minimum 'N' Levels qualification or higher.
- Qualifications in Hospitality Management from a recognized institution are an added advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in front office operations.
- Good command of English is required; additional languages are an asset.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in demanding situations.
- Capacity to read situations, understand environments, and respond accordingly.
- Able to commit rotating shift work and night shifts.
