Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Heritage Hospitality Pte. Ltd.

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position that requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of front office agents, ensuring that all front-of-house and guest services processes are handled efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams, managing budgets, and providing exceptional customer service. They will be able to maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and employee engagement while fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of front office agents to achieve exceptional performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Guest Services: Ensure that all front-of-house and guest services processes are handled in accordance with prescribed service standards and policies.
  • Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to front office agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Budget Management: Manage and control expenses related to front office operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Hotel Management Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity in a hotel, with at least 1 year in supervisory capacity.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of SGD $45,000 - SGD $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical and dental insurance, paid annual leave, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
