Job Title: Brand Strategist

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Brand Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies that drive business growth and increase market share.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Generating compelling consumer insights to inform brand development and marketing strategies.
  • Developing and executing marketing plans that align with business objectives and meet customer needs.
  • Managing innovation and renovation initiatives based on consumer insights, including product conceptualization, launch planning, and post-evaluation.
  • Creating engaging brand experiences through strong Big Ideas at relevant consumer touchpoints, including consumer promotions.
  • Delighting consumers with products that exceed expectations in terms of taste and packaging.
  • Reviewing sales data and recommending action plans to close gaps and achieve business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in Marketing or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in Consumer Marketing and/or CCSD with field sales experience.
  • A proven track record of success in building brands based on consumer insights.
