Drive Business Growth

The Brand Manager will lead the development of marketing programs for all CSD brands in Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. This includes managing and tracking A&M spending, working with Etika bottler marketing teams to ensure strong execution of marketing programs, and collaborating with commercial teams to deliver innovation on time and with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop market execution plans that drive volume and share growth for PepsiCo's CSD portfolio
  • Work with Head of Marketing to develop execution strategies based on market/channel dynamics understanding
  • Set brand goals and plan ongoing action plans
  • Track key business elements and make recommendations for adjustments
  • Coordinate advertising development from insight identification to testing of final film
Requirements:
  • At least 4-8 years of experience in a brand marketing role in an FMCG environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
  • Customer-oriented, logical thinking, self-motivated, independent, willing to work under pressure
