Climate Solutions Sales Representative

We are seeking a talented Climate Solutions Sales Representative to join our team at Trane Technologies. In this role, you will promote and propose Trane Chiller & Equipment to building consultants and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop long-term customer relationships and maximize account penetration
- Identify potential opportunities and develop solutions with existing and new customers
- Negotiate value, address resistance, and close sales
- Ensure all works carried out in accordance with specified quality and EHS standards
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in Engineering sales, preferably in the HVAC industry
- Customer-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
