Senior BIM Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Coordinator to manage the implementation of BIM best practices and techniques, as well as related tools, to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage BIM processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout all phases.
  • Promote advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies to drive integrated practice.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors to guarantee efficient project workflow.
  • Review and validate design and fabrication models, drawings, and site activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilize BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability, and as-built model creation.
Requirements:
  • A Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, execution planning, BIM setup, standards development, client presentation, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with multiple authoring tools (at least 3 years) and discipline-related authoring tool expertise.
  • Well-versed working knowledge in quality assurance tools and contractor experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams based on BIM Execution Plans.
  • BCA Academy's BIM Certificates or software training experience are advantageous.
