**Job Title:** Senior BIM Modeler

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Senior BIM Modeler. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

  • Prepare 2D & 3D presentation/design drawings, utilizing BIM software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate submission schedules, monitor modelling/update drawing, and inform key personnel of any changes.
  • Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and the latest information.
  • Prepare models for Clash Detection Coordination.
  • Work closely with the project team to coordinate, organize, and prepare documents and drawings, adhering to BIM execution plans and project workflow criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Navisworks to create high-quality designs.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress.
  3. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project team members.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in BIM software.
  • Degree/diploma holder in Architecture or Engineering.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Literacy in Microsoft Excel, Words, and Powerpoint.
