BIM Modeller Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of BIM Modeller. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, architecture or relevant disciplines.

  • Nitec / Diploma / Degree in any Engineering, Architectural or relevant disciplines is essential for this position.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modelling is required.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks is necessary.
  • Experience with Bentley Software is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • The successful candidate must be able to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Proficiency in Revit software.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills are necessary for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of BIM software and its applications.
  • Understanding of architectural principles and concepts.
  • Maintenance of accurate records and documentation.
  • Ability to create accurate 2D and 3D drawings.
