Job Title: BIM Modeler

BIM modelers are highly skilled professionals responsible for creating detailed digital models of buildings and infrastructure. If you have experience with 3D modeling software and a strong understanding of building information modeling (BIM) standards, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.

A successful BIM modeler will work closely with project teams to ensure timely delivery of accurate models, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the quality of BIM documentation. They will also participate in design reviews, prepare and print drawings for production, and create presentations using BIM models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to BIM modeling software
  • Maintaining accuracy and consistency in BIM documentation
  • Supporting project teams through effective communication and collaboration
  • Preparing and printing drawings for production
  • Participating in design reviews and contributing to the development of BIM models

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in 3D modeling software, particularly Autodesk Revit
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and 3ds Max
  • Able to understand building design drawings and architectural shop drawings
