Job Title: BIM Modelling Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM modeller to join our team. As a BIM modelling professional, you will be responsible for creating and updating detailed building information models (BIMs) using industry-standard software.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architecture and structural design principles, as well as experience working with BIM tools such as Revit and AutoCAD.

  • Create and update BIM models based on tender drawings and corrigendum in accordance with company standards.
  • Produce high-quality 2D and 3D visualisations for presentation purposes.
  • Extract quantities from BIM models for tender QS/engineers as reference.

Requirements
  • Degree in Architecture/Structure/Construction Management related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in BIM modelling.
  • Proficiency in building regulations and local design codes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and coordination software.
