Job Title: BIM Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Manager to join our team.
Description:
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant work experience, with a strong proficiency in BIM software and the ability to establish processes and procedures for BIM in projects. Additionally, they should have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in site supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain BIM processes and procedures for projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective implementation of BIM.
  • Develop and maintain BIM models and documentation.
  • Analyse and interpret data from BIM models to inform project decisions.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have:
  • A degree in Engineering or Architecture, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in BIM and site supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM software and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
