Job Opportunity: BIM Modeller

BIM Model Development:

">

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to assist in the creation, update, and revision of 3D BIM Models throughout the project lifecycle using BIM software.

">

The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy of models, develop documentation and reports, and produce deliverables for construction, documentation, and fabrication.

">

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Collaborate with BIM Coordinators to create, update, and revise BIM Models using BIM software.">
  • Ensure model integrity and quality, achieving drawing submission schedules.">
  • Develop BIM Models with correct parameters and attributes for quantification and simulation.">
  • Identify issues for BIM Coordinators during the design stage and monitor clashes.">
  • Perform ad-hoc modelling tasks assigned by the BIM Manager.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

">

Diploma/Degree Requirements:

">

A Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, MEP, or equivalent.

">

Technical Skills:

">

Proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Naviswork, and BIM Authoring Tools like Revit.

">

Experience:

">

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Architectural/Electrical & Mechanical BIM Models related projects in Singapore.

">

Collaboration and Data Management:

">

Fluency in collaboration and data management solutions like BIM Collaborate Pro and BIM 360 Docs.
