Job Title: BIM Professional

The ideal candidate will be skilled in Building Information Modeling (BIM) techniques, with a strong understanding of design and construction documents and drawings. They should have experience in using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD software to develop and manage BIM models.

Responsibilities:

  • Design Analysis: Read, analyze, understand, and interpret design and construction documents and drawings.

  • Apply BIM techniques to enhance problem-solving capabilities and support construction teams in resolving project issues.

  • Extract construction drawings, schedules, shop drawings, and 3D views from BIM models for tendering, construction, and handover purposes.

  • Develop, manage, and maintain discipline-specific models using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and other trades to ensure seamless model integration.

  • Review subcontractors' BIM models and shop drawings for accuracy, compliance, and construction readiness.

Requirements:

  • Education: A degree in Architecture or a related field is required.

  • At least 4 years of experience in BIM modeling in a design environment.

  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit / Navisworks / AutoCAD software.

  • Experience in working on structural and industrial projects.
