Senior BIM Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive building information models for construction projects.
  • Collaborate with consultants to extract data, facilitate composite trade model usage, and provide detection reports for clashes and collisions.
  • Communicate design changes to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Work with fabrication modellers to integrate 3D models with design updates.
  • Lead walkthrough sessions, progress meetings, and coordinate VDC activities.
  • Assist project management with VDC and IDD-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or diploma in architecture, civil engineering, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Enscape, and Synchro.
  • At least 5 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
