Job Description

As a BIM Design Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed 3D/2D models using software such as Autodesk Revit.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, compliance teams, and construction professionals to ensure models are accurate, align with project requirements, and help identify/resolve design conflicts.

Additionally, you will utilize BIM for buildability reviews, constructability analysis, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and support facility management throughout the building lifecycle.

Maintaining data integrity and consistency across multiple BIM models is crucial in this role, including integration with AI plug-ins and staying updated on BIM technology advancements.

Preparing architectural and civil/structural shop drawings based on as-built documentation and submitting them on time is also essential.

All drawings must comply with project specifications and requirements.

Working closely with project teams to implement drawing revisions and updates is vital in this position.

Assisting with documentation and submissions related to BIM processes for record-keeping purposes is also important.

Providing support to the Project Manager in ensuring successful project delivery is a key responsibility in this role.
