About this Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled BIM professional to generate discipline-specific model geometry and associated metadata.
  • This role involves applying architectural design knowledge in creating BIM models, with a focus on quality assurance and adherence to project specifications.
  • The successful candidate will have experience producing drawings, plans, and documentation from BIM models.
  • Industry standards on annotating up to DD Stage level of production are also essential for this role.
  • Responsibilities include updating and maintaining models as design changes occur, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Candidate must be able to coordinate with other design disciplines on design changes and discipline-specific model updates.
  • Developing, testing, and optimizing Dynamo scripts to enhance workflows and project outcomes is also required.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or equivalent is necessary.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D Max is essential.
  • Certified Professional in Revit is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Revit family creation workflows, Revit/AutoCAD integration, and Microsoft Office is also required.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential, though other language skills are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Dynamo, Navisworks, and BIM360 is beneficial, but not necessary.
  • Awareness of IS019650 global BIM and information management standards is also beneficial.
