Merchant Growth Associate

We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to support our sales efforts in Singapore. This key role will focus on merchant growth, onboard new merchants, and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to lead generation, outreach campaigns, and initial merchant engagement.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, product demos, and supporting materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding (e.g., App, merchant dashboard).
  • Monitor merchant interactions, follow-up actions, and support pipeline management.
  • Maintain excellent communication to enhance merchant satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A proactive individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in fintech, payments, or tech-enabled business solutions.
  • Team player with attention to detail and a hunger to learn.
  • Prior exposure to sales environments or familiarity with merchant services is a plus.
