Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished metallization expert to join our team of scientists and engineers in the Electronic and Industrial Finishing Group. This exciting opportunity is located in our Innovation Lab in Kallang, Singapore, and involves the development and improvement of metallization products for various electronics end markets.

As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for evaluating and refining new metallization products through routine testing and analysis. Your exceptional skills in applied electrochemistry, electroplating techniques, inorganic chemistry, corrosion science, surface science, and metallization techniques will enable you to make significant contributions to our research platform.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also provide on-site technical assistance to customers during early installations of new products and collaborate with R&D and other functions to successfully meet commercialization requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Master's or Ph.D.'s degree in Chemistry, Material Science, or Electrochemistry is required.
  • Experience with a wide range of analytical techniques, including SEM/EDS, XRF, XRD, wet chemical techniques, or surface analysis methods, is essential.
  • Background in formulating new products and excellent practical laboratory skills are preferred.
