About Our Role

We're seeking an experienced scientist to bridge science and industry, driving innovation by translating customer needs into practical solutions.

  • Develop a deep understanding of scientific challenges and technical pain points across various fields, including electrochemistry, thermal, photo-, and other catalysis areas, as well as materials science applications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate customer inquiries into effective, science-based solutions for customers in electrochemistry, catalysis (electro-, photo-, thermal), and materials research.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to provide technical expertise through pre-sales consultation, proposal support, presentations, customer training, and post-sales engagement.
  • Design customised research solutions, including cells, systems, and fabrication setups for electrochemical and catalytic studies, working closely with manufacturers, product managers, 3D modelling specialists, graphic designers, and the marketing team.
Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in electrochemistry, catalysis, chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field.
  • A strong foundation in electrochemical and catalytic fundamentals, with hands-on experience in laboratory or applied research methods.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to design tailored, practical solutions and communicate complex technical details effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, with proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent CAD tools and experience using 3D design and visualisation software.
