Job Title: In-House Counsel Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze bilingual contracts and legal documents, identifying potential risks.
  • Coordinate the establishment or changes of companies in Singapore and overseas, ensuring compliance with corporate governance regulations.
  • Support external collaborations with law firms, secretarial services, consulting agencies, and other intermediaries.
  • Provide comprehensive legal support for company operations and projects.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis in various jurisdictions to address business needs.
  • Draft template contracts and standardize legal documents in English.
  • Handle assigned legal matters effectively.
Requirements:
  • Strong drafting and contract writing skills in both languages.
  • Proficiency in Singaporean law, with expertise in contract, corporate, and commercial regulations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, a growth mindset, and strong learning ability.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the field, preferably with experience in China-funded companies or background in Chinese enterprises.
