Services include market entry advisory services, Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and RCEP Supply Chain Infrastructure.
【 What you will be doing 】
- To provide regional legal support to internal stakeholders
- Review & draft and negotiate transaction documentation relating to the corporate issues
- To provide legal advice, research, and analysis on compliance risks across the group
- Manage external counsels and corporate secretarial support and control legal costs
- Assist with Compliance on regulatory matters such as compliance with existing licensing
- Any other legal related duties and support affiliated companies
- Other ad-hoc assigned by supervisor
- ** Requirement**:

- Minimum Law Degree from recognized university
- At least 2 years as a lawyer in private practice law firms, corporate secretarial companies, or in-house legal counsel.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to accurately interpret complex documents and policies
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Fast learner, organized, meticulous, and highly detail-oriented
- ** Working Hour**: 10AM ~ 6PM / 7PM
