Job Title: In-House Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-House Counsel to provide regulatory compliance initiatives for our payment and financial products related business.

  • Advise on regulatory compliance of the payment and financial products
  • Provide advice to teams on compliance aspects of the implementation of commercial agreements, business models, and strategies, operations, marketing activities, and product offerings
  • Negotiate, draft, and review contracts and commercial agreements, and product terms and conditions

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in financial service regulation or fintech legal sector
  • Strong experience in payments related licensing and regulatory matters
  • Strong project management capability
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages required
  • High integrity and desire to collaborate with others
  • Open to international travel

The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in compliance training and a sincere interest in technology, innovation, and business. They will be able to work independently under pressure in a dynamic environment and have high commercial sense.
